Overview:
TB-500 is a synthetic analogue of Thymosin Beta-4, a naturally occurring protein involved in the regulation of actin, one of the most abundant and functionally critical proteins in cellular structure.
It has been widely studied for its role in cellular migration and structural tissue integrity research, offering a well-characterised model for investigating how cells organise, move, and maintain structural cohesion during repair processes.
Research Applications:
- Studying how actin regulation influences cellular migration and structural organisation at a molecular level
- Investigating Thymosin Beta-4 analogues and their interaction with cytoskeletal repair signalling pathways
- Examining the mechanisms that govern cellular response to structural disruption in tissue integrity models
- Research into the relationship between actin polymerisation and extracellular matrix organisation
Commonly Paired With:
Frequently studied alongside BPC-157 for combined cellular migration and cytoprotective pathway research. Also available pre-combined in the Wolverine Blend. Bacteriostatic Water required for vial reconstitution — available separately.
Storage & Handling:
Vial: Store lyophilised peptide at -20°C. Once reconstituted, store at 2°C–8°C and use within 28 days. Handle in a sterile environment. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Pen: Store at 2°C–8°C. Keep away from direct light and heat. Do not freeze once formulated.
